All game names, logos, characters, images, trademarks, and other related assets belong to their respective owners. Any game names displayed on our website are used only for product identification purposes.
Customers understand that some games or platforms may have their own rules regarding account usage, transfer, or resale. By purchasing from Sweets Play, customers accept any risks related to such rules.
C. Digital Products
All products sold by Sweets Play are digital products. No physical items will be shipped.
Products may include, but are not limited to:

- Login information such as email, password, transfer ID, game password, or other access details.

D. Product Information

However, customers understand that in-game content may change due to updates, maintenance, reset, rollback, system changes, or policies made by the game developer or publisher.
If there is a significant product description error before delivery, Sweets Play may contact the customer to offer an adjustment, replacement, or order cancellation.
E. Orders
By placing an order, the customer confirms that:
- The information provided is accurate and valid.
- The customer understands the type of product being purchased.
- The customer has read the product description before purchasing.
- The customer agrees that digital products may be delivered through email, order page, chat, or other available delivery methods.
- The customer is responsible for any mistake caused by not reading the product description carefully.
Sweets Play reserves the right to cancel any order if there is suspected fraud, payment abuse, incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, or suspicious activity.
F. Payment
Payment must be completed using the payment methods available on our website.
Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully received or confirmed.
If a payment is rejected, failed, delayed, or cancelled by the payment provider, bank, e-wallet, or payment gateway, Sweets Play has the right to delay or cancel the order.
G. Digital Product Delivery
Digital products will be delivered after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Delivery may be made through:

- Sweets Play order page.
- WhatsApp, Discord, or other official communication channels.
- Automatic or manual delivery system, depending on the product type.
Customers must check the product immediately after receiving it. Once account data has been delivered, the customer is responsible for keeping the account secure.
H. Account Checking After Delivery
After receiving an account, customers are advised to:
- Log in and check the account immediately.
- Confirm that the product matches the description.
- Change the password when possible.
- Update email, recovery information, or security settings when available.
- Avoid sharing the account information with any third party.
If there is a login issue or product mismatch, the customer must contact Sweets Play as soon as possible with clear evidence.
I. Limited Warranty
Sweets Play may provide a limited warranty depending on the product description.
Unless stated otherwise, the warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery and only applies to issues such as:
- Incorrect login details from the initial delivery.
- Account cannot be accessed when first received.
- Product is significantly different from the main product description.
- Access issues that are proven to have existed before the customer received the account.
The warranty does not apply to:
- Accounts banned, suspended, limited, or restricted due to customer actions.
- Accounts lost after the customer changes account information.
- Accounts shared with another person.
- Violations of game or platform rules by the customer.
- Loss caused by phishing, malware, scams, or customer negligence.
- Changes caused by game updates, maintenance, reset, rollback, or developer/publisher policy.
- Wrong purchases caused by not reading the product description.
- Products that have already been used, transferred, resold, modified, or changed by the customer.
Warranty solutions may include recovery assistance, account replacement, or other compensation at the discretion of Sweets Play.
J. Refunds and Cancellations
Because Sweets Play sells digital products, orders that have already been delivered generally cannot be cancelled or refunded.

By purchasing from Sweets Play, customers agree to read and accept the applicable Refund Policy.
K. Risk of Using Game Accounts
Customers understand that using game accounts may involve certain risks, including but not limited to:

- Access restrictions by the developer or publisher.
- Ban, suspension, rollback, or reset.
- Changes in account value after game updates.
- Changes to game rules or platform policies.
Sweets Play is not responsible for losses caused by developer or publisher decisions, game policy changes, system updates, or customer actions after the product has been delivered.
L. Prohibited Use
Customers are not allowed to use Sweets Play services to:
- Commit fraud, false chargebacks, or false claims.
- Use another personβs identity, payment method, or personal data without permission.
- Abuse the warranty or refund system.
- Resell products using false information.
- Violate applicable laws in Indonesia or other relevant jurisdictions.

If a customer violates these terms, Sweets Play reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, reject warranty claims, and take any necessary action.

The valid price is the price shown at checkout, unless there is a technical error, pricing mistake, or system abuse.

Sweets Play is not responsible for indirect losses, including but not limited to loss of playtime, lost progress, lost items, lost profit, lost opportunity, or other losses that occur after the product has been delivered and used by the customer.
Q. Intellectual Property
All original content owned by Sweets Play, including store name, website design, text, layout, product format, and promotional material, is protected by intellectual property rights.
Customers may not copy, resell, modify, or use Sweets Play content without written permission.
Game names, logos, characters, and game assets remain the property of their respective developers, publishers, or rights holders.
R. Dispute Resolution
If there is an issue with an order, customers must contact Sweets Play first through our official contact channels and provide:
- Order number.
- Purchase email.
- Description of the issue.
- Screenshot or supporting evidence.
Sweets Play will review the report based on the evidence provided.
Customers agree to resolve issues in good faith before making public claims, payment disputes, or chargebacks.
