How to Login?

Before logging in, make sure you have received the account details from us.

Please use the details according to the product you purchased. Make sure to enter uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols correctly.

Login Using Email / Username

1. Open the game you purchased the account for.
2. Select Login, Account Login, or Sign In.
3. Enter the Email / Username provided.
4. Enter the Game Password provided.
5. Tap Login / Sign In.
6. If the login is successful, the account is ready to use.

If the game asks for a verification code, please log in to the provided email to check the code.

Some games use a Transfer ID or Transfer Code, or 引继码 system.

1. Open the game.
2. Select Transfer Data, Account Transfer, or 引继.
3. Enter the Transfer ID / Transfer Code provided.
4. Enter the Game Password / Transfer Password.
5. Tap Confirm / Login.
6. If the details are correct, the account will be transferred to your device.

Make sure there are no extra spaces when copying the code or password.

This login method is usually only valid for a few days after being used. Make sure to create a new transfer code or link the account to your social media account.

Microsoft emails usually use domains such as:

1. Open the Microsoft Outlook website.
2. Select Sign in.
3. Enter the Microsoft email provided.
4. Enter the email password provided.
5. If the login is successful, you can access the email inbox.
6. If the game asks for a verification code, check the Inbox, Junk, or Spam folder.

Some products may include email accounts with different webmail domains.

1. Open the matching webmail login website for your email domain.
2. Enter the email address provided.
3. Enter the email password provided.
4. Tap Login / Sign In.
5. If the game asks for a verification code, check the inbox on the email website.

Make sure you use the correct webmail link for the email domain. If the page does not open, try using a different browser, network, or turn off VPN.

Sometimes Microsoft may ask for additional verification because the login is coming from a new device or location.

This may appear as:

• Verify your identity
• Unusual sign-in activity
• Security info required

You can try the following steps:

1. Make sure the email and password are correct.
2. Try logging in using a different browser / device / network. Cellular network is recommended.

After successfully logging in to the game, make sure the account matches the product description.
